MIFI d.o.o. store policy determines general conditions and activities of the Ticket4you web store, legal rights of the user and the business relations between the company and the customer.
ACCESSIBILLITY OF INFORMATION
MIFI d.o.o. ensures the accessibillity to the following informations to the customer:
• company identity
• contact adresses for fast and efficient communication (email, phone)
• product delivery details (every product, listed in our web store should be delivered in reasonable time)
• terms of delivery (how, when and where the purchase will be delivered)
• payment and delivery details
• the validity of the offer
• the deadline, upon which is still possible to cancel the purchase contract, the conditions of the contract cancellation and the description of contract cancellation procedure.
• the procedure of the complaint filed by the customer, including all the customer service contacts.

PURCHASE PROCEDURE
The customer has to be first signed in to our on-line shop in order to get the user name and password. Delivery to countries ourside Slovenia is NOT possible by cash&delivery system. Customers from other countries can make a purchase via CREDIT CARD or on ADVANCE PAYMENT ONLY. The delivery costs differ from one country to another.
When the customer chooses the products and submits the order by clicking the SUBMIT ORDER button in his SHOPPING BASKET, he will get the automated email messages to his email adress, containing the order details:
• ORDER ACCEPTED
After submitting the order, the customer gets the email confirmation. That means that the order is accepted and waits for the further process.
• ORDER CONFIRMED
MIFI d.o.o. checks the availabillity of the ordered products in 48 hours from getting your order. With this email message you will get the details of the available and unavailable products and the payment status (if payed by a credit card). MIFI d.o.o. has the right to contact the customer if necessary or to decline his order. The contract between the company and the customer is concluded when the customer gets this confirmation email. This email is also a confirmation that your package was sent out to your adress.
By choosing the IN ADVANCE payment, the customer will get the ORDER CONFIRMATION when his payment to the MIFI d.o.o. bank account is processed and checked.
THE RESIGNATION FROM THE CONTRACT AND THE RETURN PROCEDURE
The customer has the right to resignate from the contract (with written statement) within 15 days. After the witten statement of the resignation, the customer needs to return the products to the company within 15 days after submitting the written statement of resignation and cover the postal costs of the return. If the customer returns the products within 15 days from getting the products, that also counts as a resignation from the contract statement. All returned products need to be unused, in the original state and returned in the original packaging. PLEASE NOTE! Resignation from the contract is possible ONLY for items that are part of Fan Package (T-shirts, Cds...). The company returns the money as soon as possible and latest in 15 days after the returned products.
The resignation from the contract is not possible in case of event cancelation.
CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, REFUNDS
MIFI d.o.o. is only a ticket broker and is not liable for the refunding of admission prices but will make every effort to prompt the promoters to do so. In case of reimbursement the printed price on the ticket will be refunded fully. In case of refunding, MIFI d.o.o. can only refund the printed price on the ticket. Possible additionally collected fees (delivery costs, collection costs, etc.) will under no circumstance be refunded.
PAYMENT
The company delivers the official invoice to the customer together with delivery of the purchased goods. Delivery to countries ourside Slovenia is NOT possible by cash&delivery system. Customers from other countries can make a purchase via CREDIT CARD and AT ADVANCE PAYMENT ONLY.
Payment at advance: By advance payment we will first issue the pre-invoice, which is not stated in the book-keeping until the final payment is proceeded. The order is finalized when the payment is recieved. After this the invoice will be issued an the order will be sent out to the customer.
DELIVERY
Tickets are sent by registered mail, distribution at customer’s risk. MIFI d.o.o. accepts no liability for tickets that have been sent in due form to the customer. Claims for damages that result from non-delivery can therefore not be accepted by MIFI d.o.o.
The delivery date for the products in stock is 1-5 working days. If some of the products are currently not available, we will let you know about the next possible delivery date. Orders, submitted till 14:00 on the working day will be sent out on the same day, the other orders will be sent out the next working day. Delivery to countries ourside Slovenia is NOT possible by cash&delivery system. Customers from other countries can make a purchase via CREDIT CARD ONLY.
VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
The prices in this web store are valid at the moment of submitting your order. All prices include VAT. The prices in this web store can be changed without further notice. The prices are valid only in Ticket4you web store and can differ from prices in other stores. The photos in this web store can be only symbolic and can differ from the actual product. MIFI d.o.o. has the right to change the prices if they were not correctly listed to our data base or for any other reasons. In this case, the customer needs to be notified about any price changes and has the right to resignate from his order.
PRICES
MIFI d.o.o. reserves the right to change prices and conditions without previous warning.
SECURITY
This web store uses the approppriate techical and organisation tools to protect the payment procedures and all the personal data of the customer.
CONTRACT ARCHIVE
The purchase contract between the company and the customer is archived at the MIFI d.o.o. office and can be at any time delivered to the customer upon his request.
COMPLAINTS / RECLAMATIONS
MIFI d.o.o. enables the customers to make an official reclamation by the various communication channels (phone, email). The company has to inform the customer about the status of his reclamation. It is in the interest of the company to settle all the reclamations and possible disputes extrajudicially, but always in the interset of the Customer protection law and other laws, valid in Slovenia.
